Robert asks…What gauge stud is most commonly used in a piercing gun? and what is the most commonly gauge worn in a helix?Years ago (before i knew better) i had my helix (cartilage piercing) done at one of those places in the mall. they did it with a piercing gun (I KNOW!!!) and i have had nothing but problems with it. it looks nice, but my ear gets red and hot whenever i leave it in for a while.
