Your Questions About Holiday Packages
Mark asks…If I want to start buying packages of chocolate chips for holiday baking, what's the best way to store them?Will they last a while in the cupboard, as long as it's not warm in there? I like to buy bunches when they're on sale, but I don't want them to get that whitish look to them, you know, how chocolate looks after its been sitting around for a long time.Juan answers:They'll be find in a cupboard or pantry unless it's right near a heat source. Just have it be a cooler area -
