Your Questions About Krugerrand
Daniel asks…can a 1oz krugerrand weigh only 33.8g (0.1g lower than listed)?The last person that answered obviously did not understand the question properly. A 1oz krugerrand has a listed weight of 33.93g. It is heavier than one troy ounce because of the other metals used in the process... to make a stronger alloy for the coin. My krugerrand is only showing up as 33.8g on my scale, whereas my 1oz American Gold Eagle is showing up as 33.9g I'm not worried much because the size, and
